These classes focus on the fundamentals and in Jiu Jitsu whatever belt you are, you will always need to review your understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of the art. Within the hour, you will steadily develop your skills step by step in order for you to learn the art systematically with precision in a fun and supportive environment.
At this level, your knowledge of Jiu Jitsu comes into practice and you are able to effectively perform multiple moves and sequences with more control. Here you truly start to be conscious of all your previous learnings and you are able to execute and master your technique with more timing and precision.
NO GI is a form of Jiu Jitsu wearing rashguards and appropriate shorts, minus the GI (kimono). It is a more dynamic and explosive form of training made popular through the rise of MMA/UFC.
