We offer your first class free - all you need to do is fill out the contact form on the website. We will then contact you to schedule your free class.

How to Join Our Community After a Free Class?

Joining our community after you enjoy a free class is easy. You simply need to let us know after your class or on email, and we will either take you through the payment process in person right there and then, or send you the link for you to pay.

What is the Process to Sign Up and Pay for a Single Drop-In Session?

1. Fill out our sign-up form. We ask all people who join and visit our community to complete the sign-up form (or drop us a line on contact@vaibjj.com) just so we know a bit about yourself and your interest in BJJ.

You will then receive an email from us with our Membership Terms and Conditions and the GoCardless Direct Debit payment link.

You then simply read through the T&C's and click the payment link to pay for your membership.

What are the Payment Methods for Monthly Membership?

Our payment method for monthly membership is Go Cardless. We will take card details from you to be used for your membership but we do not store this data ourselves, these are stored in the GoCardless system.

Can I Pause the Membership if I Get Injured or Can’t Train for a While?

If you have a direct debit contract, then we can pause your membership for up to 2 months. This is the same for any major life event - if you give us notice we can pause up to two months.

Please note that all notices must be given before the 15th day of the month in order for us to have time to cancel it on the system. If the date of notice is after the 15th of the month, then the payment will be paused the month after (as we cannot reverse the system).

How Does a 6-Month Contract Work?

If I Wish to Cancel, When Can I Do So?

If within 10 days of joining you wish to cancel for any reason, please write us an email and we will sort this out.

After this, we require 60 days notice for cancellation. Please cancel via writing an email confirmation - we cannot take text messages as formal cancellation.

Once membership has been cancelled, members can return free of charge for up to one year - outside of this period members will be charged the registration fee of £50 to rejoin.
